| Chilli Pickle |

| Ingredients |
| 15 tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 Onion, finely chopped |
| 50 Cayenne Chilli, roughly chopped |
| 10 Garlic Cloves, sliced |
| 1 tsp Garam Masala |
| 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar |

| Method |
| Heat the oil in a large frying pan to a medium heat. |
| Stir fry the onion until golden brown. |
| Add the chillies and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. |
| Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer gently for 20 minutes. |
| Remove from heat and allow it to cool. |
| Pour the contents into an air tight jar. |
