| Shami Kebab |
| Fantastic taste in this easy to make starter |

| Ingredients |
| 2 tbsp Tandoori Powder |
| 1 tsp Garam Masala |
| 1 tsp Cumin |
| 1 tsp Chilli Powder |
| 1 Lemon |
| 8 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped |
| 3 cm Ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp Red Food Colouring |
| 1 kg Plant-base Mince |
| 1 Lemon |
| Vegetable Oil |

| Method |
| Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic up into a paste with a little water. |
| Then add the Mince and stir well. |
| Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through. |
| Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly. |
| Serve with a wedge of lemon. |
