| Homemade Whole Wheat Bread |
| This homemade bread recipe is simple, easy, and tastes amazing. |

| Ingredients |
| 500 ml Water, lukewarm |
| 60 g Sugar |
| 10 g Active Yeast |
| 700 g Wheat Flour |
| 2 tsp Salt |
| 125 ml Olive Oil |

| Method |
| Stir lukewarm water, honey, and yeast in a mixing bowl. |
| Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, or until it turns frothy, and doubles in volume. |
| Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough. |
| Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is soft and pliable. |
| Cover and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes until doubled in volume. |
| Repeat last 2 steps. |
| Pre-heat the oven to 350F/170C/Gas 4. |
| Place in a greased bread tin. |
| Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden brown. |
| Allow to cool slightly before attacking. |
