| Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings |
| This vegan version of wings is tasty and healthy |

| Ingredients |
| 200 ml Soya Milk |
| 100 g Plain Flour |
| 3 Garlic Cloves, pureed |
| 1 Cauliflower, broken into florets |
| 1 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce, your choice |
| 1 tbsp Olive Oil |

| Method |
| Preheat the oven to 450°F. |
| Combine the soya milk, flour, and garlic puree in a bowl and stir until well combined. |
| Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place in a shallow baking dish. |
| Bake for 18 minutes. |
| Meanwhile combine your pepper sauce and olive oil in a small bowl. |
| Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower. |
| Continue baking for an additional 5 to 8 minutes. |
