| Indian Onion Relish |

| Ingredients |
| 1 Onion |
| ½ tsp Salt |
| 4 tsp Lemon Juice |
| ¼ tsp Paprika |
| ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper |

| Method |
| Cut onion crosswise into paper-thin rings and put rings into a bowl. |
| Add all other ingredients toss and mix. |
| Set aside for 30 minutes or more before eating in order to let the flavours blend together. |
