| Plant-based Chilli Dog |

| Ingredients |
| 250 g Plant-based Bacon, cut into small pieces |
| 1 Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 kg Plant-based Mince |
| 4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped |
| 500 g Tomato Sauce |
| 2 tbsp Honey |
| 250 ml Vegetable Stock |
| 2 tbsp Paprika |
| 1 tbsp Ground Cumin |
| 1 tbsp Chilli Powder |
| 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper |
| Salt, to taste |
| 12 Plant-base Hot-Dog Sausages |
| 12 Hot-Dog Buns |
| Onion, for garnish |
| Cheddar Cheese, for garnish |

| Method |
| Fry the planet-based bacon over medium heat until it begins to get crispy. |
| Then add the chopped onion and fry over high heat stirring often until they begin to brown. Add in the plant-based mince and stir in well. |
| Cook this still over high heat and stirring occasionally until the mince is browned. |
| When the mince has browned then you can add the chopped garlic and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. |
| Add the tomato sauce, honey and stock and stir well. |
| Now add all the spices except the cayenne and stir well. |
| Bring to a simmer and taste. |
| Add salt to taste and the cayenne if it needs it. |
| Let the chilli cook on a gentle simmer for 15 minutes |
| When nearly ready grill the hot dogs over medium heat until they get a light char. |
| Place the hot dogs in a bug top with chilli red onion and cheese then server. |
